All other Orders  $5.90

We deliver Mon-Sat, excluding Sunday and public holidays. You may select a preferred delivery date and timeslot on checkout. Current timeslots available:-

 Anytime/No preference [9am-10:30pm]
 Daytime Delivery [9am-6pm]
 Evening Delivery [6pm-10:30pm]
If no delivery date/timeslot is chosen. We will endeavour to deliver asap within the next [2-3 working days].You will receive an automated SMS on the morning of your delivery day.

Delivery drivers often call/sms when they are in the vicinity to check if your home before delivering, but please note that they are not obliged to do so. In the event when a delivery was attempted and no one was home, you will receive an automated email message that will allow you to choose a convenient re-delivery day/time slot.

For special requests, i.e. more specific delivery timing, do let us know by contacting us / replying to your order confirmation email. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Who Do You Use For Delivery?

Ninja Van (ninjavan.sg) is our contracted delivery driver in Singapore. On occasion, alternative couriers may be used in order to fulfill your orders.

Do I Need To Sign For Delivery?

All our deliveries will require a signature. This is to protect both you and us and to ensure that all deliveries can be tracked.
On request, our couriers may be able to leave parcels inside your gate/ at your doorstep etc. However, your order will be considered delivered with no liability taken for any missing parcels.

I Was Not In When You Tried To Deliver

In the event when a delivery was attempted and no one was home, you will receive an automated email message that will allow you to choose a convenient re-delivery day/time slot, all at no additional cost to you.

Can I Amend My Delivery Details?

Please email us at [email protected]. We will endeavour to amend your details if the order has not left the warehouse – If the order is already in transit, additional charges may apply.
